The well-known former restaurateur is Jean-Michel Péllisson, creator of two renowned establishments in Saint-Denis: Le Bistrot de la Porte des Lilas (1995) and Côté Seine (2004).
The young, talented chef is Rémy Lasfargues. After passing through prestigious houses in Metropolitan France, Rémy moved to Reunion. He meets Jean-Michel in the kitchens of Côté Seine. A few years later, they decide to embark on a new adventure at the Port!
The Table des Batignolles was born.
With his team, Rémy revisits the classics of French cuisine: Foie Gras, Scallops, Sole Meunière, Sweetbreads, Duck breast and even Palmiste… with a little extra touch!
We are happy to welcome you from Monday to Friday noon and from Thursday to Saturday evening!
