Gîte le Poinsettia

Located at an altitude of 930 meters, Aurère, remains a place to withdraw and accessible only on foot. It must be the first islet of Mafate which has been inhabited by man.

Its name “aurera” which means good soil.

You will enjoy its majestic panorama and its calm interrupted from time to time by the helicopters. Their typical meals cooked over a wood fire and the friendly welcome of the hosts, will leave you with good memories!
