Pineapple rougail ingredients
- A Victoria pineapple.
- An onion.
- Some bird peppers.
- Salt (a few pinches).
- Lemon juice or vinegar (1 tbsp).
Preparation of the pineapple rougail.
Peel and cut the pineapple into small cubes of about 1 cm. Chop the onion finely and mash the peppers.
Then, in a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add the vinegar and salt. Mix again.
It's ready. You can serve this spicy pineapple rougail with fish and seafood dishes, it's delicious.
